Q. How do I know if there is room in a program? Answer: When attempting to register online, if a program is full a prompt will appear notifying you and asking you to join the waitlist by completing the registration. The payment function is automatically turned off and you do not pay until your placement in a program is confirmed. For locations that take their own registration please check with their respective offices for availability. Q. What is your refund policy and how do I receive one? Answer: All refund requests must be made 3 days prior to the start of a class, 1 week prior to the start of a camp. No exceptions. See individual League pages for info regarding refund policies. To receive a refund, please send an email to service@masteryoursports.com. Please be specific, include participants name, the program day/location/time and whether you paid with a credit card or check. Please include paypal receipt # or check # if applicable. Q. Do you offer a sibling discount? Answer: Yes. If two siblings are registered for the same program you may take $10 off the second child's registration fee. You must pay by check. Q. Do you offer Financial Aid or scholarships? Answer: Yes. We offer partial and full scholarships to qualifying families. Please email service@masteryoursports.com with a request for an application. Q. Do you pro-rate classes when joining late? Answer: On a case by case basis. If you miss more than two classes you may take $10 off each missed class. If you miss less than 3 classes you may make them up on a different day and time to reach the 8 classes for a session. Q. How do I use a gift certificate or auction item? . Mail the certificate to the address provided with instructions to apply it to the program you registered for. If there is a difference you may mail a check in with it.
